Front Lake is an exclusive members-only venue, offering a selection of 14 designated swims, comprising 5 doubles and 9 singles. The facility can accommodate a maximum of 65 members, and presently, a waiting list has been established due to high demand. The lake is recognised for its carefully curated stock of  Carp, featuring a minimum of 25 specimens exceeding 30 lbs and over 60 individuals surpassing 20 lbs. Among the distinguished catches are both Mirror Carp and Common Carp, each exceeding 40 lbs. The lake reaches depths of up to 14 feet. Furthermore, the swims are meticulously maintained, lined with bark mulch, to ensure a comfortable angling experience.
